Data must be provided by the publisher or entity other than the licensed business and establish that the advertisement for the mode, date(s) and time(s) in question would be reasonably expected to satisfy the audience composition requirements under Sec. 36-903 of the Alcoholic Beverages and Cannabis Article, as follows: An advertisement for a cannabis licensee, cannabis product, or cannabis-related service may not: Engage in advertising by means of television, radio, internet, mobile application, social media, or other electronic communication, or print publication, unless at least 85% of the audience is reasonably expected to be at least 21 years old as determined by reliable and current audience composition data.
