All Licensees shall submit a report of the products they offered for distribution during each quarter. These Quarterly Distribution Reports are due within 30 days following the end of the quarter. COMAR 10.62.22.06, COMAR 10.62.23.07, COMAR 10.62.30.08
Licensees, who grow or process medical cannabis, are required to generate a list of the products they offered for distribution during each quarter. These reports must be generated through METRC, using the “Packages Inventory” report function and uploaded through this form within 30 days following the end of each quarter. Failure to submit the required report(s) will result in a fine and/or sanction.

Q2| Please upload a PDF version of your METRC report for the 4/1 - 6/30 reporting period.
Q3| Please upload a PDF version of your METRC report for the 7/1 - 9/30 reporting period.
Q4| Please upload a PDF version of your METRC report for the 10/1 - 12/31 reporting period.

These reports must be generated through METRC, using the “Monthly Sales” report function and uploaded through this form within 30 days following the end of each quarter. Failure to submit the required report(s) will result in a fine and/or sanction.

Licensees, who dispenss medical cannabis, are also required to provide the number of unique patients served and the total number of patients served during each quarter. Health-General Article, §13-3307(i)
